Yes, we are in-network with Optum UHC/UMR, Anthem BCBS, Medical Mutual of Ohio, Cigna. For out of network insurance plans we can provide a superbill for possible reimbusement to file with your insurance company.
We are do not current accept Medicaid plans.
$150 for initial session, $125 for follow-up sessions.
Most clients start out meeting weekly or bi-weekly. We will work together to find a frequency that supports your individual needs.
Yes, We ask that sessions are cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to appointment start time. Cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $75 dollar cancellation fee. Missed, no-show appointments will be charged the full cost of the session. This applies to both self-pay and insurance-based clients.
Yes, we keep a few sliding scale spots available for clients. Client may discuss this further with their provider.
Yes, we welcome clients ages 15 and above.
