"I don't know how to properly fuel my body and

worry that everything will make me gain weight."

If this sounds familiar, you're in the right place.

You've tried the meal plans, tracked the macros, followed the rules.
And somehow, you feel further from food freedom than ever.

The truth is that your body isn't broken. The system is.

Nutrition counseling that actually makes sense

No meal plans. No food rules. No "good" or "bad" lists.

Just you, learning to trust your body again—with support from someone who's been there and gets it.

In our sessions, we focus on:
  • Understanding YOUR unique relationship with food
  • Challenging the diet culture messages you've internalized
  • Building practical skills for nourishing yourself without restriction
  • Working through the fear that comes with letting go of control

This isn't about willpower.
It's about rewiring.

Meet your dietitian

In my own experience, I wish I had worked with a dietitian to address my eating concerns so much sooner.

Our relationships with food are complex, and there are no quick-fix, one-size-fits-all solutions.
It takes time and commitment and the sooner you start that work, the sooner you'll begin detaching from the grasp of diet culture and finding food freedom.

I'm here to be the provider I wish I'd had when I was struggling.

Client experiences

"I started working with Rachel for both general and
sports nutrition purposes, and she's by far the best
dietitian I've ever worked with. She's very easy to
talk to, and she's great at helping you figure out how
to meet your body's needs, even if those needs are
changing over time."
"I came to this practice looking for a nutritionist that understands the intersections of gender, socio-economic status and nutrition. As a guy, getting help in this area can feel daunting. Rachel has made me feel seen, heard and supported as I take control back of my nutrition."
"Rachel helped me move away from rigid food rules and toward intuitive eating in a way that felt safe and supportive. I love her balanced approach—no extremes, no judgment—just real guidance that’s helped me change my mindset and begin to build a healthier relationship with food."
"Rachel is the most nonjudgmental, kind, and down to earth dietitian I've ever worked with. They’re so knowledgeable and I never feel embarrassed or misunderstood when working with her, and even more so, she celebrates my wins with me, and we troubleshoot issues I might be having a hard time with. I'm so grateful to have found Rachel and this practice!"
